After 35 years of playing soccer and destroying both of my knees, I discovered triathlon. I needed to learn to swim in order to participate and manage to do so in the space of just a couple years, to the point where I can swim a full Ironman distance in a time that’s not completely embarrassing. Due to the state of my knees, I am never going to be a super fast and stellar athlete as I move into the more “advanced“ age groups. That’s fine with me, as I enjoy doing the sport for the fun of it and to keep myself active and healthy. Momentous collagen has been an instrumental part of my recovery and maintenance of my shredded knees.
