I'm run 20+ marathons and am an avid cyclist. I'm closing in on my 6th World Marathon Major, achieving my 6 Star Finisher status at Tokyo in 2023 (having deferred since 2020 due to COVID). I have two kids - 11 and 14 years old - that fill my time with sports and activities when I'm not training or competing for myself. I love the running and cycling communities, and interacting with peer athletes of all abilities and skill levels. It still amazes me how sports can be such a unifying force! I have my eyes set on completing an Ironman (at least a half) in 2023 after completing previous sprint and olympic distance triathlons.
