Husband, father of 2...pretty good ag triathlete for an old guy. Started tri in 2009 and have been getting better, faster, stronger since. Competed in the World Championships in Saint George in May 2022. Love giving back to the community by helping the next generations in sport. Volunteer swim coach for local comp team, volunteer assistant XC coach at the local high school. Training is my outlet. It's where I solve all the world's problems one at a time.
