A former pro runner/triathlete/duathlete. Now I just run as a master runner. Had to pull back from pro racing to be home more to help care for my autistic son. My buddies and I started a nonprofit called spectrum Racing NFP to help my community. I ran my first marathon this year and qualified for Boston 2023. I will also be running the master Circuit in 2023
