I am 45 years old and have been riding since 2011. I spent 3 years racing XC and had a successful few years with overall championships, and never missed a podium! After becoming burned out I took a long hiatus off the bike until this last year where some great friends got me back in the mountains (my happy place). This go around I was introduced to more of the endurance racing and adventure side of the sport which I am full has in thanks to AMP lotion. I am getting ready for Brek Epic next year as well as many fun 100+ mile events. Mountain Biking and AMP have been integral for my training and am already a huge ambassador to all around me of the products! Mountain biking has been also my main mental health medicine as I have struggled with anxiety disorder my whole life.
